Oswego Hospital to ban all smoking on campus (The Post-Standard)
Starting Thursday, Oswego Hospital will prohibit patients, visitors and employees from smoking or using tobacco products on its campus. Nursing supervisor Terri Hammil spearheaded the change and developed a partnership with St. Joseph's Cessation Center in Syracuse.
