What the reasons for it you should write these reasons down for your health strategy. This is because it is used to help you with figuring out what you should look to do as substitutes for when you are nervous or any other trigger that causes you to have a desire to smoke.

Substitutions for smoking are essential for your health strategy. By having appropriate substitutions you can get better assistance for helping you to keep from smoking again. For instance, if you enjoy smoking when watching television at night you could substitute watching television with playing games or exercising. You should create a list of the things that you do when smoking so that you can find alternatives to use for them. Perhaps learning a new hobby that can keep you from smoking can be used as an alternative to things that you would normally do when smoking.

There are some other tips to use for quitting smoking. When preparing to do that you should avoid people who will not support you when trying to quit smoking. A good support group can help you to quit smoking with ease. Beginning an exercise program is another option to use. This can help to reduce the anxiety and stress that may be common when you having a desire to smoke cigarettes. Also, if you feel that you are having a tough time when stopping smoking you should use smoking aids like nicotine gum to help you with quitting.

When preparing to quit smoking you will need to take a few things into consideration. You should think about the reason why you are trying to stop smoking and the reasons why you smoke so that you can have a better idea of what you need to do in order to stop smoking. Looking into substitutions for smoking can be great as well.
