You can be a good role model for your kids in that they will look up to you in that you were able to get rid of a difficult addiction. Your family members can also stop worrying about how the other risks of smoking will impact them.

Those are some great reasons why you should quit smoking. You can easily get rid of the dangers of smoking when you quit, and the dangers are very serious. Not only do they involve your personal health and your appearance but they also involve your family and your budget.
